Requirements:

In order to run search queries you need
a Google Web APIs License Key.
(http://api.google.com/createkey)
Intallation Notes:
1. Extract the Zip-File in the Eclipse Plugin folder.
2. After installing the plugin start Eclipse and go
to the Google Search Page in Window->Preferences.
3. Clicking the button 'Get Key' will open
a new browser window on Google's web site.
(You can also go there directly:
http://api.google.com/createkey).
Just follow the instructions on their
web site to obtain the license key.
